BLURB:

HGTV’s Property Brothers meets The Marriage Bargain in this third volume in the Billionaire Builders series, an all-new, heart-wrenching, and sexy contemporary romance from New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.Tristan Pierce left the family business to carve out a life of his own, but never forgot his passionate affair with the much younger, inexperienced Sydney Greene, or the hurtful breakup that tore him apart. When he’s forced to return home and face his past, will he be able to carve out a future, or will lies ruin his second chance at love?

Sydney Greene loved Tristan her entire life but when he left, he took not only her heart, but her trust along with him. Now that they’re together again, it’s time they both face the biggest secret of all…

MY REVIEW:

All or Nothing at All (Billionaire Builders, #3)All or Nothing at All
by Jennifer Probst
My rating: 4.5 of 5 stars

Another fantastic book by Jennifer Probst that I couldn’t put down until I’d finished it. ALL OF NOTHING AT ALL tugged at my heartstrings and I just had to read on until I knew Tristan and Sydney had worked everything out between them. It was touch and go throughout the book. Just when it looked like they’d found their happiness something happened to change everything again.

All or Nothing at All is the third and final book in the Billionaire Builders series. In my opinion, she saved the best for last. Ms Probst not only finally gives the last Pierce brother his happily ever after, she wraps up the stories for the other two brothers, Caleb and Dalton. She puts a pretty bow on the three brothers tumultuous relationship too. They had a really rocky start, but have not only worked out their differences, they’re closer than ever. Sydney’s little daughter, Becca, gets honorable mention for being a ray of sunshine and laughter whenever she graced the pages.

This book has it all. Laughs, great dialogue, characters you’ll love, plenty of angst, some heartwrenching and some heartwarming moments, and steamy, emotional sex scenes. Like I said. I could not put it down!

HERE’S A TASTE:

“How about a different type of payment?”She stilled. The relaxed air between them dissipated, but he didn’t care. He had one intention tonight, and that was to make her uncomfortable. In a good way. In a sexual way. “You’re getting that intense look again,” she practically whispered.

“I’m not thinking about work.”

She took a step backward. Raised her chin. Rallied. “I’m not doing this with you,” she stated. “We had our shot, and it became a disaster.”

He took a step forward. “We were young and foolish. Now we’re different.”

“We’re involved in an important project. I refuse to screw up this opportunity.”

“We’re adults. We’ve worked together before. I swear I’d never let personal interfere with business.”

Her thighs hit the back of the sofa. She stood her ground, refusing to back off, and the way she fought only made his dick harder as his blood thickened in the heat of the chase. He practically shook to touch her, his mind wrecked from being in her presence all day, smelling her sweetness, the pull of her body heat driving him mad. Her voice rumbled in a catlike growl that made him want to howl with lust. “I’m not your plaything any longer, Tristan Pierce. You don’t snap your fingers, and I don’t come running. Your best bet is to turn around and walk back out that door, and we’ll forget this slipup ever happened.”

He paused, letting his gaze linger, touching each part of her body as if he were using his fingers. The pulse in her neck beat rapidly, and her breath was erupting into ragged pants. A slight trembling shook her. But it was her eyes that confirmed his truth. Pupils dilated, the emerald green drowned to black, filled with emotion. Anger. Frustration. Wariness.

Lust.

THE REVIEWS ARE IN:

“Probst’s final book in her Billionaire Builders Series is a gut-wrenching, intensely emotional, second-chance romance. The fast-paced dialogue vividly details every emotive scene, and the author perfectly nails the harsh realities of the couple’s complicated past. The stars and little girl costar are unforgettable, and the series tie-up is exceptional.”RT Reviews

“The enjoyable third in Probst’s Billionaire Builders series (after Any Time, Any Place) is Property Brothers meets small-town sexy with a twist of sweet. Series fans will be sorry to say farewell to the three Pierce brothers and the women who love them.”Publishers Weekly (July)
